4. Why would Jesus ask disciples to verify his wounds if his resurrection wasn’t physical, as the Jehovah’s’s Witnesses believe his resurrection was a spiritual one?

Luke 24:39  Look at my hands and my feet. It is I myself! Touch me and see; a ghost does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have."

Jesus clearly corrected his disiples for believing his presence was not physical
Wouldn’t that have been a deception on Jesus’ part?

John 19:34 but one of the soldiers pierced his side with a spear, and immediately there came out blood and water

John 20 26-28 A week later his disciples were in the house again, and Thomas was with them. Though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, "Peace be with you!" Then he said to Thomas, "Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe." Thomas said to him, "My Lord and my God!"

Can a spiritual body decay?
Acts 2: 31-32
Seeing what was ahead, he spoke of the resurrection of the Christ, that he was not abandoned to the grave, nor did his body see decay. God has raised this Jesus to life, and we are all Witnesses of the fact.

5. There is no organizational layer for Salvation:

For Jehovah's Witnesses you must be a member to receive salvation

Salvation through Jesus alone not involving an organizational layer.
John 1: 17
For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.
Not the congregation, the church, or the governing body
1 Corinthians 11:3
Now I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God.
